<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manages a team of nurse case managers and leave specialists </li><li>Evaluates vendors that provide medical management services for work or non-work-related injuries/illnesses. Recommends new vendors and programs that will enhance medical outcomes for employees and the business to support timely return to work </li><li>Reviews and provides guidance to team on short term disability/FMLA and Workers compensation claims, while updating all medical panels for panel states in workers' compensation </li><li>Assists in locating and implementing new offsite clinic options for work injuries/illnesses. In addition, develops and provides clinic protocols to clinics providing medical evaluation and treatment of our employees </li><li>Provides oversight of Telephonic Case Managers and Field Case Manager vendors providing direct service to employees to maintain quality of service </li><li>Manages the serious injury hotline and engages the appropriate resources for medical management of serious work injuries </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years specific experience and 5 plus years of supervisory experience </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
