The position will develop and implement integration standards and strategies within the scope of software development.</p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate, identify, and develop software solutions. </li><li>Lead software development projects. </li><li>Document and record every aspect of an application or software. </li><li>Plan, track and schedule software deliverables. </li><li>Locate and direct solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interfaces. </li><li>Identify problems within software systems and resolve such issues. </li><li>Develop good working relationships with other employees, such as Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers and Engineers. </li><li>Develop and implement system and data integration standards and strategies. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications EMPLOYMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Six (6) years of broad information technology (IT) experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of software coding and programming languages, and its application within large-scale organizations. </li><li>Four (4) years of specialized experience in enterprise architecture, software development, or a related technical role. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTIONS:</p> <p>Earned college degrees in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field of study may substitute for the specified years of broad IT experience as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or higher-level degree in any field including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field substitutes for three (3) years of general information technology experience; any bachelor's substitutes for two (2) years of general information technology experience. </li><li>Associate degree with 15 semester credit hours in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field may substitute for one (1) year of general information technology experience.
