<p>Position Summary: Performs direct and non-direct patient care duties and technical tasks as assigned by and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse / Clinical Team Leader/Director of Critical Care Nursing. Specific duties may vary by assigned area.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Required: None</p> <p>Preferred: Previous experience as a PCT, Nursing Assistant, EKG Technician, Phlebotomist and/or other related healthcare role</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Required: High School Diploma or equivalent: Successful completion of Patient Care, Multi-skilled Tech certification program, Medical Assistant Certification, or equivalent comparable experience</p> <p>License and Credentials</p> <p>Required: American Heart BLS Healthcare Provider</p> <p>Preferred: Nurse Aide certification, EKG certification and/or Phlebotomy certification</p> <p>Skills</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well with others, conscientious, organized and reliable; computer skills for hospital information system; ability to read and write English.</p> <p>Hours: Full time 7am -7pm, 72 hours per pay period</p> <p>The minimum starting rate for this position is $18.00</p> <p>When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).</p> <p>At Deborah, healthcare is still about caring...for patients and team members.
