<p>Kforce's client is seeking a Director of Human Resources in the Saint Louis, MO area. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all HR functions while supporting a mission-driven, people-centered culture. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on HR execution and partners closely with organizational leadership. The client offers salary and benefits, business casual attire. Position will be fulltime.</p> <p>Key Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR operations </li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and support organizational planning and change initiatives </li><li>Drive employee engagement, professional development, etc. </li><li>Oversee recruitment and retention strategies, including leadership hiring </li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices </li><li>Manage HR budget and supervise a small HR team* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience) </li><li>5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility </li><li>Broad HR expertise with strong knowledge of employment law and compliance </li><li>Hands-on, people-focused leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment </li><li>Experience in nonprofit settings a plus </li></ul>
