We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.</p> <p>The Cushion Filler will insert foam cushions into the sewn fabric or leather sewn casings using a machine or by hand and to product and quality specifications.</p> <p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day </li><li>Uses cushion fill machine to insert foam cushion into sewn casing. </li><li>Fills cushions by hand if the foam cushion is too large or small to use the cushion fill machine. </li><li>Performs other duties as required for RHM to be successful, including outside of the regular work area. </li></ul> <p>OUR REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Requires 6 months prior experience in a similar role. </li><li>Must be able to read and understand production tickets </li><li>Must have adequate communication skills to interact with all other RHM team members. </li><li>Must be able to multitask with minimal supervision. </li><li>Detail oriented, able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this role, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. </li><li>The associate is regularly required to lift, carry, push, pull or grip up to 100 lbs. </li></ul>
