As part of the Quality team, you will support complaint management activities in alignment with ISO 9001 standards while gaining hands-on experience with quality systems, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making within a regulated environment. We're committed to supporting your growth with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to make your experience both meaningful and mutually beneficial. </li><li>Which tasks will you perform? </li><li>Integrate into the team and contribute to impactful engineering projects that build hands-on experience and support your personal and professional growth. </li><li>Complete full-time assignments across engineering functions, applying engineering and business practices to real-world challenges. </li><li>Collaborate with team members and mentors, working independently as appropriate and using regular feedback to strengthen both technical and professional skills. </li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning certifications and networking. </li><li>Support the investigation, documentation, and resolution of customer complaints in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive timely and effective closure. </li><li>Collect and analyze complaint data, help refine complaint-related KPI metrics and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of the complaint handling process. </li></ul> <p>What do we expect from you?</p> <p>You will be (required):</p> <ul> <li>Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field </li><li>Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m </li></ul> <p>You may have (preferred):</p> <ul> <li>Fulfilling a co-op requirement as part of academic coursework </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across functions </li><li>Strong networking and relationship-building skills </li><li>A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges </li><li>Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership </li></ul> <p>What can you expect from us?</p> <ul> <li>Paid professional work experience in a safe and structured environment </li><li>The opportunity to practice and improve your industry-specific technical skills </li><li>Continual improvement of professional soft skills, including business etiquette </li><li>Building a professional network within our organization and with our business partners </li><li>Access to a variety of LinkedIn Certifications and comprehensive trainings </li><li>Full-service café (in Greenwood, IN) and fitness center (in Greenwood, IN and Pearland, TX) </li></ul> <p>Endress+Hauser is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected classification including protected veteran and disability status.</p> <p>#LI-GP1</p>
