Your expertise will ensure competitive, compliant, and effective rewards programs that attract and retain top talent across international locations.</p> <p>As Part of Our Team, You Will</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for expatriate compensation programs including consultation with global mobility and other key stakeholders to ensure overall alignment. </li><li>Support the design and administration of global benefits programs, including our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). </li><li>Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to optimize expatriate compensation and benefits strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with the Global Benefits strategy team, HR, Finance, and Global Mobility teams to ensure competitive and compliant total rewards programs. </li><li>Partner with vendors and external consultants to oversee benefits program effectiveness. </li><li>Assist in the development of policies, training materials, and employee communications for global benefits and mobility programs. </li></ul> <p>Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role</p> <ul> <li>Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; Experience in total Rewards, Global Benefits, or Expatriate Compensation. </li><li>Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of global compensation, benefits administration, and expatriate pay structures. </li><li>HR Systems & Data Analytics: Proficiency in HRIS (Workday, SAP), Excel, and compensation benchmarking tools. </li><li>Compliance & Global Mobility Knowledge: Experience with tax equalization, international labor laws, and expatriate policies. </li><li>Communication & Collaboration: Ability to engage with global stakeholders, deliver training, and manage vendor relationships. </li><li>Preferred: Spanish-English bilingual to support international operations. </li></ul> <p>Your Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>This role operates in a fast-paced, global setting, collaborating with HR teams, finance partners, and external vendors across multiple time zones. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.</p> <p>This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.</p> <p>Newmont offers a competitive and inclusive benefits package to support physical, mental, financial and emotional wellbeing.
