Focus areas of interest are: Anaphylaxis, Chronic Allergic Diseases (lung, respiratory, skin and gastrointestinal tract), Drug Allergy, Eosinophilic Diseases (hypereosinophilia and eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders), Epigenetics, Lymphocyte Biology and Mucosal Immunology, Genetics and Genomics. Each focus area represents an important area of potential impact on immunologic health for children, provides an opportunity to advance the national research agenda, represents an area of tremendous strength and resource investment at Cincinnati Children's and affords a direct opportunity to integrate research into patient care. We have a powerful multidisciplinary infrastructure.
