<p>Job Description:</p> <p>This position helps manage the Company's financial planning and reporting activities, which includes: monthly reporting of key enterprise information, the annual operating budget, rolling forecasting process, long range financial planning, and decision support analysis. . Qualified candidates will have a base of solid partnering, analytical and communication skills. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance - Preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>4 years Finance - Financial Planning - Required </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Superior analytical skills, combined with sound business judgment and ability to communicate and influence across the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work across multiple departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communications skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with StrataJazz Decision Support is highly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads and directs the work of others.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive to deliver outstanding results and an ability to exercise good judgment.</p> </li><li> <p>A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Shift:</p> <p>Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America)</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>$50.81 - $76.22</p> <p>Hourly</p> <p>Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.</p> <p>Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.</p> <p>Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
