<p>Immediate Full-Time Openings</p> <p>CCL Label Robbinsville, NJ is part of CCL Industries, a world leader in specialty labeling and packaging solutions for our global customers. The Robbinsville location specializes in pressure sensitive labels for home and personal care products.</p> <p>We are seeking Machine Operators to join our finishing department at CCL Label. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the finishing process of labels, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.</p> <p>Shifts Available : 2nd (2pm-10pm) & 3rd (10pm-6am)</p> <p>Training Provided</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate and monitor machines to meet production targets. </li><li>Perform set-up on multiple pieces of complex automated inspection and slitting equipment. </li><li>Loads labels, press rolls or other printed material into equipment. </li><li>Monitors and adjusts slitter and AVT system to unwind all bad material from master rolls. </li><li>Reviews recognized defects, remove and/or replace defects as required according to customer specification. </li><li>Properly complete all documentation required to track the job. </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment. </li><li>Comply with company policies, procedures and follow safety regulations. </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Good mechanical skills. </li><li>Basic computer and math skills. </li><li>Must have the ability to use, read and interpret scientific measurement and inspection tools devices. </li><li>Team player, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Must be punctual, have good interpersonal skills and professionalism to interface with all departments. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to Constantly stand, walk, bend, push, pull and reach. </li><li>Working with hands. </li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. </li><li>Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. </li><li>Regularly exposed to moderate noise level in the work environment. </li><li>Must work normal shift hours and overtime as required. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <p>High School Education (preferred)</p> <p>Prior Related Experience (preferred)</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Paid Time Off</p> <p>Paid Holidays</p> <p>Gain Share Program</p> <p>Health, Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Life Insurance benefits, HSA/FSA</p> <p>401k program with company match</p> <p>Tuition Reimbursement</p> <p>Opportunities for advancement and professional development</p> <p>If you have a keen eye for detail, good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on our team.
