The Commercial Credit Senior Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our lending offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.</p> <p>The Commercial Credit Senior Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of consulting projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities may include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problem</p> </li><li> <p>Define clients' business and technology strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Re-imagine world-class operating models for Wholesale credit institutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead Wholesale credit systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop of our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Build your reputation as an industry thought leader</p> </li><li> <p>Travel, as required, up to 80%, in the United States and Canada.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 10 years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 7 years of equivalent of commercial credit industry (sales, underwriting. closing, servicing, portfolio management) industry experience</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstratable experience leading a complex, large-scale commercial credit transformation across operating model, technology, and data/AI workstreams</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with C-suite client executives.</p> </li><li> <p>A Bachelor's degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points if you have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Launched new product offerings in the banking industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Implemented next generation analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with additional commercial lending industry platforms, e.g., Moody's, Blooma, Built</p> </li><li> <p>An advanced degree or financial industry certification</p> </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven ability to operate within a collaborative environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.</p> </li><li> <p>High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
