Ability to apply written guidelines and standardized work practices. Ability to identify problems. Ability to communicate clearly.</p> <p>EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required. Master's in related field preferred.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE: Five years of progressively responsible experience as a leader in a healthcare facility.</p> <p>LICENSING: If candidate eligible for New York State Licensure, Appropriate licensure must be current.</p> <p>Oncology Certification Preferred</p> <p>ALTERNATIVE TO MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: None</p> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$43.50+</p>
