<p>Job Title: QC Data Reviewer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The QC Data Reviewer will be responsible for overseeing a team of 14-20 chemists and lab technicians involved in testing finished products, raw materials, and ANDA products. This position entails completing data reviews, as well as aiding in audits and investigations regarding deviations during daily testing for pharmaceutical products.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the work of chemists testing finished products, raw materials, in-process samples, components, and stability study samples, with a focus on new ANDA products that are oral dose products. </li><li>Assist in testing samples such as oral rinses and antiseptics using various techniques including titrations, pH measurement, specific gravity, and HPLC. </li><li>Support testing processes with equipment such as HPLC, GC, TOC, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and pH meters. </li><li>Inspect supplies and ingredients used in pharmaceutical production. </li><li>Review and ensure the accuracy of SOPs and lab protocols. </li><li>Conduct instrument validation as needed. </li><li>Ensure adherence to GMP and FDA guidelines. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of experience in HPLC/GC and Pharma/cGMP. </li><li>2+ years of experience in audit trail management, preferably within Openlab, Master Control, and/or LabX. </li><li>Bachelor's degree with a major in chemistry. </li><li>Knowledge of GMP and GDP practices. </li><li>Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with hands-on GC, HPLC, FTIR, and wet chemistry (titration). </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Preferred knowledge of Agilent OpenLab software. </li><li>Good handwriting for laboratory notebook documentation. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in a QC Lab at a pharmaceutical company specializing in oral rinse and antiseptic solutions, as well as other pharmaceutical products. Work primarily involves new products within the Oral Dose division. The company is rapidly growing, having recently acquired new facilities. The work schedule is during the 1st shift, from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM. The team consists of 2 additional data reviewers and approximately 20 team members.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Prospect, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
