<p>Client Overview:</p> <p>Our client is a high-volume manufacturing operation that runs in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. They are now looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$36/hr - $40/hr</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor who is comfortable stepping into an active production floor, managing shift performance, and helping drive accountability, workflow, and team execution. The ideal Manufacturing Supervisor will bring prior supervisory experience within a manufacturing setting, strong floor presence, and the ability to lead effectively in an environment where priorities can shift quickly. The ideal candidate will be flexible and comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including two weekends per month.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Supervisor:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to production employees on shift. </li><li>Assign work, organize workflow, and monitor daily production activity. </li><li>Train, coach, and motivate team members to support performance and accountability. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure production and delivery goals are met. </li><li>Support quality standards, safe work practices, and efficient floor operations. </li><li>Approve hours worked and document overtime as needed. </li><li>Help maintain a productive, organized, and team-oriented manufacturing environment. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Manufacturing Supervisor:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Prior experience supporting 24/7 operations strongly preferred. </li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and drive performance. </li><li>Experience working with ERP systems; exposure to IQMS is a plus. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving production environment with changing priorities. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Manufacturing Supervisor:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience supporting 24/7 operations strongly preferred. </li><li>Experience in structured, high-compliance manufacturing environments is a plus. </li><li>Ability to serve as a hands-on floor leader who can take ownership of the shift and lead with confidence. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>None required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Atrium offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOs, and many more. </li></ul>
