As a Wind Technician, you will be the critical front-line, ensuring the safe and optimal performance of all wind farm operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve the safe execution of field-based equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and ensuring long-term reliability and profitability.</p> <p>Additional duties include implementing Operation Safety Policy Instructions, conducting field work in compliance with OSHA regulations, promoting good employee safety practices, and fostering an exceptional safety culture. You will also participate in Business Lean Six Sigma processes and projects, recruit and develop other technicians, and support the site manager in timely safety, environmental, and financial reporting, as well as turbine availability. Close collaboration with internal NextEra users is essential to develop and implement operational feedback and solutions for both planned and unplanned maintenance, improvement projects, development, and financial performance.
