<p>Client Overview:</p> <p>Our client, a growing biotech organization in Boston, is seeking a Quality Control Senior Associate to support critical Cell Therapy quality operations within a fast-paced GMP environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with biologics testing experience, aseptic technique expertise, and exposure to Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT).</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$30/hr - $33/hr</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Quality Control Senior Associate will perform in-process, release, and stability testing while supporting laboratory operations and maintaining compliance with cGMP standards. The ideal Quality Control Senior Associate will have hands-on QC laboratory experience and thrive in a collaborative manufacturing environment. The schedule is from Sunday to Wednesday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. This is a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of extension.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Quality Control Senior Associate:</p> <ul> <li>Perform Quality Control testing on Cell Therapy in-process, release, and stability samples within a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. </li><li>Execute laboratory assays including flow cytometry, qPCR (MycoTOOL), ELISA, cell counts, sterility testing (BACT), gram stain, and endotoxin (LAL) testing. </li><li>Analyze, document, and review test results while ensuring accuracy and compliance with laboratory procedures. </li><li>Support QC data tracking and trending activities to assist with product quality monitoring. </li><li>Maintain detailed laboratory records and complete technical review of raw data in accordance with cGMP and cGDP standards. </li><li>Assist with routine laboratory upkeep, equipment maintenance, and general operational support. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality and Manufacturing teams to support Cell Therapy production timelines. </li><li>Adhere to aseptic techniques and strict quality standards in all laboratory activities. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Quality Control Senior Associate:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of laboratory experience within QC, biologics, or pharmaceutical environments. </li><li>Experience with aseptic techniques is required. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Quality Control Senior Associate:</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) environments is highly preferred. </li><li>An understanding of biological or cell-based assays is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Client-provided benefits available, upon eligibility. </li></ul>
