We turn ideas into reality.</p> <p>You are:</p> <p>The UKG (Legacy Kronos) Ready Consultant for HR works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG (legacy Kronos) Ready HR Consultant leads complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion.</p> <p>We are seeking an Application Consultant with expertise in implementing UKG Ready products for HR modules such as Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and more. The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Ready (Legacy Kronos Workforce Ready) HR modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of HR initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitates complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzes complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients' operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to our consulting base.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need...</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of experience with the UKG Ready (Legacy Kronos) HR Module</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HR modules such as Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and more.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
