<p>Description</p> <p>Ameriflight LLC, the nation's largest Part 135 air cargo airline has part-time openings for Ramp Service Agents. This is a great way to start a career in aviation or to make some extra money before or after school.</p> <p>Position: Ramp Service Agent</p> <p>Employment Type: Part Time</p> <p>Location: Hollywood Burbank Airport</p> <p>Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., 3 hours per day guaranteed</p> <p>Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour</p> <p>Duties</p> <ul> <li>Primary duty is to assist in load and offload of air cargo </li><li>Additional duties may include the operation of vehicles and ground support equipment on airport </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years or older </li><li>Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship </li><li>Must be able to meet airport badging requirements, including a 10-year background check </li><li>May be required to drive or operate ground handling equipment - must have a valid Driver's License and meet all company insurance criteria </li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating manuals </li><li>Must be able to work effectively in a team with customers and other employees </li><li>Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport </li><li>Must be able frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
