Engages directly with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of technology-based solutions.</p> <p>Drive the software change and release management processes, assisting with the overall maturity of the software development and infrastructure lifecycle. Work independently, ensuring that software and hardware deliverables comply with architecture and security standards, while maintaining quality and safety.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Typically viewed as subject-matter expert within discipline - Configuring, integrating and supporting highly available critical vendor software packages and infrastructure. </li><li>Designs, develops, tests, coordinates, implements, maintains and administers IT Infrastructure and critical applications </li><li>Analyzes business/technical related needs and propose suitable solutions </li><li>Creates processes and tools to enhance and streamline support and maintenance procedures.
