You'll work closely with a supportive team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our financial operations.</p> <p>If you're looking for a role that offers professional growth, team collaboration, and the chance to make a difference -this could be the perfect fit for you.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Performing general accounts payable duties including inputting invoices and vouchers. </li><li>Review and manage expense reports for your reporting locations. </li><li>Maintain accounting records in imaging system. </li><li>Perform other accounts payable duties as assigned. </li><li>Take personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, such as managing files and records. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills in both remote and on-site environments. </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. </li><li>Basic proficiency in accounting software. Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. </li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>2 plus years accounts payable experience. </li></ul>
