As part of the Strategic Account Sales team, you will be responsible for building and growing new strong relationships with high-value accounts, in particular those with large global cross-asset managers. This role would suit a self-starter, energetic, disciplined individual who is able to work in a high growth, best in class environment and is looking to further develop their sales career.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <p>Business Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Direct responsibility for the development of business opportunities and delivering a revenue target as set by Head of Strategic Account Sales</p> </li><li> <p>Market research for building a pipeline of qualified prospects, based on strong commercial insights on trends in the industry, regulatory changes and client investment strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Prospecting via cold outreach and pitching BBH products and services throughout the industry and position BBH for long-term opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with industry influencers to expand BBH's brand and network and to create a pipeline of new business referrals.</p> </li><li> <p>Support and learn from Senior Sales managers to advance sales knowledge and experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifying and building strong relationships with all key decision makers in the prospect organisation (C-Level)</p> </li><li> <p>Meeting attendance and call memo generation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Planning and Strategy</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build pipeline and monitor progress against sales plans in SalesForce for individual clients and prospects.</p> </li><li> <p>Adopt and embed BBH's sales philosophy to drive insight-led selling.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and track clients and potential clients by developing an in-depth knowledge of their 1, 3, and 5-year business strategy, organizational changes and related activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Record all client/prospect interactions, contacts, call logs, strategic sales plans within SalesForce.</p> </li><li> <p>Actively track and communicate client and market intelligence back to appropriate BBH resources and colleagues.</p> </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare proposal generation, manage deal approval and presentations, (including RFIs, RFPs) with required stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize marketing lead generation to optimise communication with prospects and develop industry contacts.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with Onboarding and Client Service Teams to bring the BBH experience to clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with distribution advisory to help with prospect international expansion plan.</p> </li></ul> <p>Product and Market Knowledge</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop in-depth product knowledge of BBH's core products and services as well as across the broader BBH Investor Services business</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage product experts to utilise their technical expertise and knowledge to sell insightfully.</p> </li><li> <p>Awareness of required compliance and regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend industry events fostering new relationships with influencer and prospects.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain fluency of our competitors and partnering firms.</p> </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Seasoned sales manager with strong market relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Proven Fund services or related industry experience, familiarity with Asset Management industry is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>5 plus years of Sales/client service/marketing experience</p> </li><li> <p>Communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills and excellent writing ability (writing sample may be required).</p> </li><li> <p>Strict attention to detail with proven ability to see open tasks through to resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates a professional manner at all levels, both internally and externally.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to juggle several duties and troubleshoot while maintaining an upbeat personality.</p> </li><li> <p>Curious to learn new about new products/materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel.</p> </li><li> <p>BS/BA required, or equivalent work experience</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Direct access to clients, information and experts across all business areas around the world</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities to grow your expertise, take on new challenges and fulfil your potential.</p> </li><li> <p>A culture of inclusion that values each employee's unique perspective.</p> </li><li> <p>High-quality benefits program emphasizing good health, financial security, and peace of mind.</p> </li><li> <p>Rewarding work with the flexibility to enjoy personal and family experiences at every career stage.</p> </li><li> <p>Volunteer opportunities to give back to your community and help transform the lives of others.</p> </li></ul> <p>We value diverse experiences.
