<p>Our Professional Services organization is growing, and we are looking for a Partner Project Manager (PPM) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling monday.com's service delivery operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our service partners deliver high-quality services to clients and contribute to successful customer outcomes. You will build and nurture relationships with partners' delivery teams, including implementation consultants, business analysts, developers, and practice leads.</p> <p>As our demand for PS implementation and consultancy is growing, we need to build and maintain a strong, diverse and healthy service partner portfolio to support this growing demand, taking into account various monday.com products, industries, and vertical expertise. You'll be working with our client-facing teams and partners on various PS projects and will be responsible for their success while tracking and monitoring the projects and measuring key project metrics.</p> <p>To succeed in this role, you should bring strong project management skills, a passion for partnerships and relationship building, and the ability to mitigate risks associated with large-scale implementations and services. You should also have the product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to our partners. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
