<p>DEPARTMENT: Precision Parts</p> <p>JOB TITLE: Operator Level 3</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain</p> <p>SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Week 1: Monday - Wednesday</p> <p>Week 2: Monday - Thursday</p> <p>6 pm - 6 am</p> <p>Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Precision Parts team.</p> <p>What You'll Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li>Mentoring entry level operators </li><li>Understands and performs daily standardized work </li><li>Fabricate material to specified instructions using specified measuring tools: tape measure, steel ruler, venire/dial calipers, protractors, etc. </li><li>Capable of operating various types of machinery including, but not limited to: </li></ul> <p>o Brake</p> <p>o Drill Presses</p> <p>o Small and Large Mill</p> <p>o CTL</p> <p>o CTD Punch</p> <p>o Miter Cut Saw</p> <p>o I.D, using 7.0-to-7.5-ton presses, etc.</p> <ul> <li>Move material to and from workstations </li><li>Maintain all specified tolerances per instructions </li><li>Work with little supervision, making most decisions regarding the quality of the materials </li><li>Read and understand "M" drawings </li><li>Knowledge of the '5S' program </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Identify quality grade levels and exposed surfaces </li><li>Able to use all types of hand tools, measuring devices, etc. </li><li>Good hand eye coordination </li><li>Ability to lift, push, and pull material weighing up to 100 pounds </li><li>Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers) </li><li>Able to work overtime as needed </li><li>Must be team oriented </li><li>Maintain excellent attendance, productivity, and quality </li></ul> <p>Required to Have:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED preferred </li><li>Must be able to pass company background check and drug screen </li></ul> <p>What You'll Love About Us:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance </li><li>Matched 401k </li><li>Paid Vacation </li></ul>
