<p>This role is a sales-oriented- partnership role within the Strategic Partnerships organization at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing revenue -generating partnerships across the Human Resources, Labor & Employment, benefits, healthcare, and medical ecosystems. The focus is on partnerships involving data, content, and information services, including licensing, embedded solutions, integrations, and co-selling- arrangements.</p> <p>The person owns the day-to-day- commercial relationship with assigned partners while contributing to broader partnership growth initiatives led by senior partnership leaders.</p> <p>This is a hands-on- execution role, well suited for a partnership or sales professional with 5+ years of experience selling information, data, or SaaS solutions into regulated verticals.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Partner Relationship Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partnerships across:</p> </li><li> <p>HR technology and employment platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits administration and workforce solutions providers</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare, medical, and health adjacent- organizations</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partners</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure partner satisfaction, engagement, and revenue performance</p> </li></ul> <p>New Partner Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners aligned with HR, Labor & Employment, and Healthcare product strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Support senior partnership leaders in sourcing and developing new ecosystem opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in evaluating partnership fit, use cases, and revenue potential</p> </li></ul> <p>Revenue & Go-to-Market Execution</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support partner driven- revenue generation through licensing, embedded offerings, and co-selling- motions</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute:</p> </li><li> <p>Co-marketing campaigns</p> </li><li> <p>Co-selling- and referral initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Partner enablement and training activities</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to pipeline development, forecasting, and execution against revenue targets</p> </li></ul> <p>Operational & Program Execution</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support partner onboarding, integrations, and operational setup</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure partners are enabled with the right content, data, messaging, and processes</p> </li><li> <p>Help maintain consistent partnership processes and governance</p> </li></ul> <p>Performance Tracking & Reporting</p> <ul> <li> <p>Track partner performance against KPIs, revenue targets, and engagement metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records in CRM and partner management tools</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular updates on pipeline, performance, and risks</p> </li></ul> <p>Business Case & Deal Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in developing proposals, pricing models, and partner value propositions</p> </li><li> <p>Support commercial discussions, renewals, and expansions</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to support contracting processes</p> </li></ul> <p>Industry & Market Awareness</p> <ul> <li> <p>Stay current on trends in:</p> </li><li> <p>HR technology and Labor & Employment compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare and medical information services</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits, workforce management, and regulated data markets</p> </li><li> <p>Use market insights to inform partner conversations and opportunity identification</p> </li></ul> <p>Success Measures</p> <p>Success in this role will be measured by:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner driven- revenue contribution</p> </li><li> <p>Growth and retention of assigned partner accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Pipeline development and execution</p> </li><li> <p>Effectiveness of co-selling and go-to-market initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Operational health and engagement of partner relationships</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Equivalent relevant experience selling into these verticals will also be considered.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in:</p> </li><li> <p>Sales, partnerships, account management, or business development</p> </li><li> <p>Experience selling data, information services, SaaS, or content driven- solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Prior exposure to one or more of the following strongly preferred:</p> </li><li> <p>HR tech or Labor & Employment solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits administration or workforce platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare, medical, or health adjacent- services</p> </li><li> <p>Experience operating in regulated or compliance driven- environments.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong relationship -building and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Commercially oriented with attention to detail and follow -through</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable coordinating across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success teams</p> </li><li> <p>Organized and able to manage multiple active partnerships simultaneously</p> </li><li> <p>Curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in evolving partnership models</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel</p> <ul> <li>Up to 20% Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
