LEED Green Rater credential reqd.</p> <p>EMPLOYER: Brightworks Sustainability LLC</p> <p>JOB TITLE: Sr. Consultant, Sustainable and Healthy Buildings</p> <p>LOCATION: Portland, OR</p> <p>JOB DUTIES: Advance sustainability initiatives by managing projects pursuing certifications that validate</p> <p>and enhance performance. Manage internal and external green building certification workflows and</p> <p>coordinate internal and external team members to deliver. Manage building projects from start to finish,</p> <p>including contracts, invoicing, and timesheet approvals, oversee the work of junior team members, and</p> <p>collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on innovative solutions. Ensures the seamless integration</p> <p>of sustainability attributes across assigned projects, while delivering scope on budget and on schedule.</p> <p>Perform analyses to evaluate project performance metrics such as indoor water use against third-party</p> <p>standard sustainability metrics and perform QA/QC reviews of analyses conducted by team members.</p> <p>Coordinate with the design team to confirm project scorecards. Lead interactions with design and</p> <p>construction team members during all project phases and respond to inquiries from project teams. Serve as</p> <p>the credentialed project Green Rater and perform on-site verification and testing for residential projects,</p> <p>including reviewing documentation, assembling the project submittal package, and completing the</p> <p>application to the certifying body. Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted 2 days</p> <p>per week.
