Join our team where your talent meets purpose, and every teammate directly shapes our success.</p> <ul> <li>Career Growth: Clear pathways to advance and develop your career </li><li>Competitive Benefits: 401(k) match + health coverage + employee stock purchase plan </li><li>Purpose-Driven: Create meaningful impact in the communities you serve </li><li>Professional Development: Dedicated training + personalized mentorship </li></ul> <p>Join us - your refreshing new chapter starts here!</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>The TA Business Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team by reviewing pre-employment screening results including drug tests, background checks, and motor vehicle records, following established guidelines, coordinating with vendors, and escalating issues to the Sr Manager TA Operations for decision-making.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Pre-Employment Screening Review and Processing:</p> <ul> <li>Reviews pre-employment screening results including drug tests, background checks, and MVR reports according to established guidelines </li><li>Compares screening results against company standards; polices, matrixes and hiring criteria </li><li>Documents review findings in ATS and pre-employment vendor tracking system </li><li>Processes cleared candidates for next steps in onboarding </li><li>Maintains accurate records of all screening activities </li></ul> <p>Escalation Management:</p> <ul> <li>Identifies screening results that fall outside established guidelines </li><li>Gathers relevant information and documentation for escalated cases </li><li>Presents cases to TA Leadership and Adjudication Committee with supporting details </li><li>Implements decisions made by leadership on escalated cases </li><li>Communicates outcomes to TA Business Partners and TA Specialists as directed </li></ul> <p>Vendor Coordination and Quality Monitoring:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates with pre-employment screening vendors on case status </li><li>Follows up on delayed or incomplete screening results </li><li>Assists in auditing TA Specialist team's screening processes </li><li>Reports quality issues or process gaps to TA leadership </li><li>Tracks screening completion times </li></ul> <p>Administrative Support and Data Management:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains tracking systems for pre-employment screening activities </li><li>Generates standard reports on screening volumes and turnaround times </li><li>Provides administrative support to the corporate recruiting team in Charlotte, NC </li><li>Responds to routine inquiries from candidates and hiring managers </li><li>Files and maintains confidential screening documentation </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of pre-employment screening requirements including drug tests, background checks, and motor vehicle records (MVR) </li><li>Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines for screening review </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing screening results </li><li>Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems </li><li>Basic knowledge of employment compliance regulations (EEOC, FCRA) </li><li>Ability to identify when issues require escalation to leadership </li><li>Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks </li><li>Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of relevant work experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Office Environment, position will sit onsite at our Corporate Office in Charlotte, NC</p> <p>#LI-MP1</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p> <p>Nearest Major Market: Charlotte</p>
