<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. Manufacturing Associates assist in a production line personalizing each unique gift. Manufacturing Associates will inspect products, load and unload fixtures, may operate machinery, and adhere to all PMall safety guidelines and standards.</p> <p>1st Shift: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM</p> <p>Pay Rate: $15.00 hourly</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines. </li><li>Operate Equipment used in various production areas assist in the production process. </li><li>Load/unload equipment as needed. </li><li>Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on all production equipment within department. </li><li>Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for increasing productivity. </li><li>Report any quality or equipment issues. </li><li>Take direction from supervisor/manager. </li><li>Reads and matches item label to customer's request. </li><li>Ability to match colors, words, and products. </li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as be a team player. </li><li>Assist other departments when needed. </li><li>Ensure all jobs are ready for equipment as needed. </li><li>Continuously check quality. </li><li>Reports to department supervisor or assigned POC. </li><li>Attendance and punctuality are crucial. </li><li>Follows company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains a clean and organized work area </li><li>Listens and gains clarification </li><li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn </li><li>Will be working with your hands all day </li><li>Additional Duties & Responsibilities and Skills may be required based on individual department needs </li><li>Must possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent. </li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. </li><li>Flexible with shift during our peak periods. </li></ul> <p>The expected hourly pay range for this position is $15.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.</p>
