DTM is an energy industry leader with more than 20 years of proven success, and our focus is to be safe, caring, dependable and efficient in all we do.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Safety Professional role is primarily responsible for providing technical safety and health-related support to DT Midstream Operations and projects personnel to foster a Safety-First culture.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities</p> <p>A Safety Professional I will perform most of these duties at an entry level.</p> <ul> <li>Administer and maintain existing safety & health programs, policies, and procedures. </li><li>Prepare safety-related reports and presentations. </li><li>Develop and present safety related training and educational programs. </li><li>Interact with project site personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and DTM's expectations. </li><li>Assist in the administration of industrial hygiene-related activities. </li><li>Operate a company vehicle and use other means of travel to reach locations safely. </li><li>Provide day-to-day support for third-party inspection personnel. </li><li>Conduct Vendor safety pre-qualification analysis. </li><li>Support Operations to develop and provide pre-shutdown deliverables. </li><li>Support Operations Safety Committee. </li><li>Conduct investigations for events involving DTM and Contractor personnel. </li><li>Provide deliverables for pre-bid and pre-construction meetings. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education & Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's in Occupational Safety & Health </li><li>Possess and maintain a valid driver's license. </li><li>Leve II - 3 years' experience </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Occupational Safety & Health </li><li>Certifications (CSP, ASP, OHST, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment. </li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Ability to function in a matrix organization in which functional and business leaders have equal authority within the organization and employees report to both a functional leader and a business leader. </li><li>Desire to develop and maintain productive relationships for the purpose of strengthening the company's safety culture. </li></ul>
