<p>Catalyst Brands Brooks Brothers - Director, Supply Chain Facilities</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The Director, Supply Chain Facilities is the business owner of the Brooks Brothers Logistics Center, leading a complex, omni-channel distribution operation supporting retail, wholesale, e-commerce.</p> <p>This role operates in a high-variability environment characterized by omni-channel distribution complexity, significant peak season volatility, program-driven volume swings, automation and systems integration, and diverse retail and wholesale compliance requirements.</p> <p>The Director is accountable for service performance, cost per unit, productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and peak readiness. This is a leadership role requiring operational rigor, transformation mindset, and cross-functional influence.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities - Operational & Financial Ownership</p> <p>Own end-to-end facility performance including service level, cost per unit, productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and quality.</p> <p>Deliver consistent in-store date and customer promise performance across all channels.</p> <p>Lead annual budget development, forecasting, and cost management aligned to divisional profit objectives.</p> <p>Drive productivity improvements through labor planning and engineering partnership.</p> <p>Ensure peak readiness and scalability during high-volume events and program launches.</p> <p>Transformation & Continuous Improvement</p> <p>Lead operational transformation initiatives including process redesign, systems enhancements, and automation optimization.</p> <p>Partner with Engineering team to improve throughput, slotting, labor standards, and facility layout.</p> <p>Champion continuous improvement and root cause discipline across service, cost, and inventory accuracy.</p> <p>Drive fact-based decision-making using KPIs and operational analytics.</p> <p>Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence</p> <p>Influence upstream decisions in Planning, Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Transportation to ensure operational feasibility and cost alignment.</p> <p>Proactively elevate risks and opportunities impacting service and expense structure.</p> <p>Collaborate with Finance on cost modeling and forecasting.</p> <p>Partner with Transportation to optimize carrier performance for inbound and outbound flow.</p> <p>Team & Culture Leadership</p> <p>Lead leaders and develop a strong operations management team with clear accountability.</p> <p>Build succession plans and bench strength within the facility.</p> <p>Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, safety, and customer-first execution.</p> <p>Protect company assets through strong controls across HR, safety, inventory, and equipment management.</p> <p>Qualifications & Experience</p> <p>10+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex, high-volume distribution center environments.</p> <p>Demonstrated experience leading leaders and scaling operations through growth and transformation.</p> <p>Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.</p> <p>Experience leading automation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.</p> <p>Bachelor's degree preferred.</p> <p>About Catalyst Brands</p> <p>At Catalyst Brands - including Aeropostale, Nautica, Lucky Brand, Brooks Brothers, and JCPenney - we share a passion for serving customers, supporting our communities, and delivering exceptional value.
