Bachelors degree with 10 years of related experience in air warfare mission sets, DoD processes (requirements, programming and/or acquisition), and business development and analysis. Alternately, Masters degree with 8 years of the experiences listed above. Demonstrated successful leadership in aligning teams, organizations or employee resource groups to achieve a common goal and developing deep customer relationships through understanding and trust. Experience in developing and executing strategies and plans to achieve the organization's goals. Excellent written and oral presentation skills including the ability to generate written material for internal and external customers at all levels, including senior executives. Active US DoD Secret clearance (in scope) to be considered, and the ability to qualify for access to Special Access Programs (SAPs). Active US DoD Top Secret clearance, SAP, and SCI clearances. MS or MA degree (business, business strategy, marketing or applied technologies) USAF/USMC/USN/International/Coalition customer knowledge in airborne radar, infrared, fire control systems, electronic warfare, threat systems, and datalinks Experience in strategic planning, identifying new opportunities, collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence, developing capture strategies, and mapping customer acquisition strategies. Programmatic and technical understanding of advanced airborne radar system architectures, infrared targeting systems, EW systems requirements, applications and avionics integration. Deep understanding of DoD PPBE, Congressional budgeting, and DoD acquisition processes to include Other Transaction Authority (OTA) processes. Pentagon, COCOM, Service Command or Acquisition staff experience in the areas of DoD requirements, acquisition, planning or budgeting processes.</p>
