<p>Company description</p> <p>Bespoke is a sports and entertainment consulting and experiential marketing agency that assists brands in selecting the right partnerships and maximizing their sponsorship investment. We are a collective of experienced sports and entertainment marketers who broke out of the big agency world to deliver a more personalized service offering to brands. Combining years of industry experience and invaluable professional relationships, Bespoke provides thoughtful senior-level counsel and custom marketing solutions that are specifically tailored for individual brands.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Bespoke is looking for a highly motivated individual who can support client teams and projects across the sports, entertainment and experiential space on behalf of brands.</p> <p>The Manager, Client Experiences will provide strategic leadership & oversight of key clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality of relationship and work outputs. This position will be fast-paced and requires strong project management, strategy, creative, hospitality and collaboration skills in leading day-to-day working relationships with client and partners.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience across hospitality, client management, or activation, preferably in a team / league or agency setting.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the client team to implement and execute the program(s) as it aligns with the client's goals and objectives </li><li>Serve as primary point of contact for clients and partners, setting the tone for regular and informal check-ins, status meetings, troubleshooting and advancing the business </li><li>Be a strong cultural fit and buy into our mission and values internally and externally </li><li>Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and individual initiative as a trusted advisor, leader and teammate </li><li>Maintain a good working relationship with key stakeholders and work alongside client partners to creatively solve business challenges, successfully manage projects through problem solving and flawless execution </li><li>Use forward thinking initiative to proactively bring ideas to clients that can continue to deliver upon their goals & objectives </li><li>Provide excellent client service through quick response times and effectively delivering and meeting client expectations, ensuring highest level of satisfaction </li><li>Insatiable learning drive to understand the competitive landscape and industry trends to help drive forward thinking results for clients </li><li>Genuine eagerness to work with, mentor, encourage and learn from a diverse and talented team </li><li>Play an active role driving integration, collaboration, communications and best practice sharing across the organization </li><li>Provide reports and updates to internal and external teams as needed </li><li>Cooperatively take on other duties, roles or responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>College degree with 5+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in client & project management within a consulting organization, agency, brand, or team/league. </li><li>Thorough understanding of the sports, media and entertainment landscape </li><li>Excellent business writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving, growing, dynamic and challenging environment </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster key business relationships </li><li>Creative & adaptive individual that can interface with senior-level executives </li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset, willing to problem solve on short timelines </li><li>Experience in development and management of budgets </li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure, multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlines </li><li>Must be comfortable working independently under deadlines and as an integral part of a team </li><li>High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel for deck development and budget management </li><li>Ability to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed </li><li>Must be willing to travel to various event locations for both planning meetings as well as execution of client programs </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
