This role supports daily accounting operations, ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, and maintains strong communication with customers and vendors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple priorities.</p> <p>Schedule</p> <p>Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM</p> <p>Salary</p> <p>$20- $22 per hour, based on experience.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare accounting and balance-of-account reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Close all accounting systems on the last business day of each month.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare customer statements and process customer credits.</p> </li><li> <p>Research and resolve payment discrepancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Investigate and correct orders with incorrect or incomplete billing data.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain knowledge of all special billing requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Print and distribute invoices via mail, email, or fax.</p> </li><li> <p>Verify and post daily business transactions.</p> </li><li> <p>Code financial data accurately following company procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Research and resolve vendor statement discrepancies and incoming inquiries.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of accounting experience (invoicing/billing required).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with various computer programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong focus, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong organizational and accounting knowledge</p> </li><li> <p>Accurate data entry</p> </li><li> <p>General math proficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with financial software</p> </li><li> <p>Analytical and research skills</p> </li><li> <p>High attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Thorough documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal communication</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to prepare and report research findings\</p> </li></ul> <p>#TampaCA</p> <p>APPLY TODAY!
