This role includes direct service provision, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with agency, federal, and state regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality care and building a cohesive, mission-driven team.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise case assessments, treatment planning, and case closures;</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate behavioral health intake and referrals;</p> </li><li> <p>Provide direct therapy and behavioral health counseling;</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations;</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with contracts, audits, and billing requirements;</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise staff and interns, fostering team cohesion and morale;</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in budget planning and adherence;</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners;</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure on-call rotational service availability within the team;</p> </li><li> <p>Support accreditation and licensing requirements;</p> </li><li> <p>Attend project and community meetings as needed;</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field from an accredited college; </li><li>Possess professional licensure in state of Michigan; </li><li>Minimum of 2 years post-master's clinical experience; </li><li>Strong clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills; </li><li>Proven supervisory and communication abilities; </li><li>Budgeting experience preferred; </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; </li><li>Must be able to pass required medical examinations and have the physical ability to fulfill the essential job functions, including physical restraints of a resident; </li><li>Successfully pass an annual TB test and document preference to receive or decline Hepatitis immunization; </li><li>Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage; </li><li>Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries; </li><li>Documentation of immunity to vaccine preventable diseases or the willingness to receive vaccination, or seek an exemption; </li><li>Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity. </li></ul> <p>#LI-KD1</p>
