Generous bonus potential for client and sales goals reached within the first 12 months!</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Our Sport Clips salon in Zion is hiring! We are located on Sheridan Road, across the street from Jewel, and next to Dunkin!</p> <p>We are looking for a Salon Manager who is also a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.</p> <p>The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.
