This role is ideal for a technical leader with strong project management skills, deep experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, and a solid background in networking. The IT Manager will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, project delivery, system reliability, and continuous improvement of IT services in support of business objectives.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>IT Operations & Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Manage an IT team, including task prioritization, performance feedback, and skills development. </li><li>Oversee daily IT operations to ensure system availability, reliability, and security. </li><li>Serve as the final escalation point for technical and operational issues. </li><li>Manage vendor relationships and service agreements, performance monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure cost-effective and reliable IT services. </li><li>Control IT budget and manage expenditure. </li></ul> <p>Project Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead and deliver IT projects from planning through execution, including cloud initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and system improvements. </li><li>Prioritize projects according to business needs and deadlines. </li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage timelines, and control scope. </li><li>Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates. </li></ul> <p>Cloud & Collaboration Platforms</p> <ul> <li>Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure environments, including identity, compute, networking, and security components. </li><li>Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID). </li><li>Support cloud migrations, hybrid environments, and cost optimization initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Networking & Infrastructure</p> <ul> <li>Oversee network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks. </li><li>Ensure secure and reliable connectivity across on-prem and cloud environments. </li><li>Partner with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and managed services. </li></ul> <p>Security & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Control risks to the organization by maintaining and implementing cybersecurity best practices. </li><li>Implement and maintain NIST 800-171 and CMMC security compliance across cloud, network, and endpoint environments. </li><li>Oversee vulnerability management, patching, and incident response activities. </li><li>Lead audits, compliance requirements, and policy enforcement as needed. </li></ul>
