Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-beingWhat You'll Dooversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery;collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience;leading the daily operations of our patient room service dining program, floor stock & requisition supply fulfillment, and dish roomoverseeing the preparation, delivery, ordering, and inventory of patient formulamanaging our HealthTouch patient dining softwareperform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.
