<p>This role supports the growth and management of the brand's licensing program by overseeing day-to-day partner relationships, contract execution, and product approvals. Collaborating with licensees to ensure brand standards a met. Monitor market trends and help identify new opportunities for license expansion and brand growth.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency </li><li>Monitor licensing agreements </li><li>Manage day-to-day licensee relationships </li><li>Support brand and revenue growth by identifying new licensing opportunities </li><li>Market research and analysis to inform licensing strategies </li><li>Assist in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and business outcomes </li><li>Execute licensing programs and relationship management effectively </li><li>Make data-driven decisions </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field </li><li>5-8 years' experience in related field </li><li>Skilled Licensing Program Management </li><li>Skilled in Partnership & Business Development </li><li>Skilled in Brand & Product alignment </li><li>Skilled in Financial Analysis </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-8 years of experience in licensing, brand management, or consumer products </li><li>MBA or master's degree in related field </li><li>Skilled negotiator </li></ul> <p>Behavioral Traits for Success:</p> <ul> <li>Natural relationship builder </li><li>Has a "how can I help?" attitude </li><li>Comfortable working within established guidelines </li><li>A persuasive communication style </li><li>Able to work at a faster than average pace </li><li>Strong commitment to tasks being completed correctly and on time </li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment </li></ul> <p>Working Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Typical office environment with climate control and sufficient lighting, ergonomic desk/chairs </li><li>Hybrid work schedule </li><li>Corporate Office located St. Louis, MO </li><li>Limited Domestic Travel </li><li>Able to lift >25 pounds </li></ul> <p>Your Performance Will Be Measured On:</p> <p>Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve annual department objectives and corporate goals which include but are not limited to the following.</p> <ul> <li>Sales performance of licensed products </li><li>Licensee compliance and brand integrity </li><li>Licensing growth </li><li>Decision-making, judgment, and execution </li><li>Able to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner </li><li>Deadlines, Accuracy, and Quality </li><li>Ability to foster team collaboration, communication, and performance </li><li>Stakeholder Feedback </li></ul>
