<p>Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Technical Data Architect.</p> <p>Summary: The client is looking for a hands-on Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions for our Outage Management initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, to develop end-to-end features within Tableau, integrating data from various sources such as Alteryx and AWS. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, particularly in Tableau, SQL, AWS, Python, and PySpark, and will be adept at translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Architectural Design: Lead the design of analytics solutions for outage management, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives </li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, discuss design considerations, and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle </li><li>Hands-On Development: Actively participate in the development process, stepping in to code or troubleshoot as needed to ensure timely delivery of features </li><li>Data Integration: Collaborate with teams responsible for data sources, such as Alteryx and AWS, to ensure seamless integration and data flow into Tableau dashboards </li><li>Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to the Tableau development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement </li><li>Quality Assurance: Ensure the reliability and accuracy of analytics solutions by implementing best practices in testing and validation* Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical architecture role </li><li>Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, AWS, Python, and PySpark </li><li>Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex outage data, including timing, customer notifications, and geographical impact </li><li>Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Tableau Certified Professional are advantageous </li><li>Additional Tools: Experience with Alteryx and NiFi is a plus </li></ul>
