<p>Keystone Clearwater Solutions is hiring a Lead Diesel Mechanic to oversee the maintenance and repair of our water hauling fleet of diesel trucks and trailers. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for garage operations, managing parts inventory, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and supervising other shop mechanics. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensure our fleet is operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine and preventative maintenance on diesel trucks and trailers </li><li>Oversee and mentor shop mechanics; manage daily shop operations </li><li>Monitor and maintain parts and fluid inventory levels </li><li>Schedule and complete minor repairs on company vehicles and field equipment </li><li>Coordinate warranty work and inspections as required </li><li>Operate heavy equipment, including skid steers and telehandlers, as needed </li><li>Accurately complete all required work orders and maintenance records </li><li>Train employees on equipment operation and shop procedures </li><li>Collaborate with management to address operational needs and assignments </li><li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Specialized technical or mechanical training </li><li>Experience servicing diesel trucks and heavy equipment </li><li>Knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical systems, and fleet maintenance </li><li>Familiarity with truck maintenance software and Microsoft Outlook </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Must provide personal common hand tools for job performance </li><li>Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred </li></ul>
