<p>Description</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Business Banking Operations - Section Mgr 1 manages the daily activities for a functional area in addition to having direct reports. Serves as a subject matter expert for the team and will occasionally work in production as needed. Oversight is available and sweeping decisions would not be made independently in this role.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures Business Banking production of business loans with established Production, SLA & Quality goals, which includes the assignment of work to functional area team members. </li><li>Prepares, maintains and/or monitors reports in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Act as primary back up for their manager as needed for team huddles & meetings. </li><li>Resolves the more complex working problems. </li><li>Perform or review Quality Reviews for all colleagues on the team. </li><li>Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make the area more efficient. </li><li>Tasks as needed to support the line of business and job family. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li><li>3+years' experience with business or commercial lending in a centralized lending environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate or Bachelor's degree </li><li>Previous management experience. </li><li>Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other internet resources; Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor; Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up; Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality. </li></ul> <p>Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Workplace Type:</p> <p>Office</p> <p>Our Approach to Office Workplace Type</p> <p>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
