<p>Description</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Credit QA Specialist Evaluates calls on several departments including, Mortgage, Personal Credit Line, Credit Card, Installment loan, Deposit accounts, Asset Recovery & Remarketing and Recovery.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provides feedback that is accurate, consistent with all HNB policies and procedures, and can easily be presented to a colleague to foster a productive dialogue. </li><li>Participate in call calibrations. Reconciles disputes between QA and all teams in customer assistance. </li><li>Maintain and balance quality error free work with production standards. </li><li>Provide coaching through written documentation that makes the colleague better, is customer focused and promotes a "Category of One" experience. </li><li>Surface issues that have potential risk through proper channels.
