Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Director of Front Office Operations will report to the Senior Director of Front Office Operations. In this role, you will manage, guide, and develop a team of Front Office Business Partners and work with key operational stakeholders to develop and executive front office operational strategy to optimize processes and workflows.</p> <p>The position requires regular travel into our Midwest Territory (IL, MI) with the ideal candidate being based in the region or open to relocation to the region.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and participate in strategic planning activities related to the optimization and success of front end of the revenue cycle</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate and support the implementation of key initiatives to improve operational front office effectiveness</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively manage multiple projects and drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional departments</p> </li><li> <p>Manage, coach, and develop Front Office Business Partners for an assigned territory to execute front office operational plans</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with Front Office Business Partners to achieve best practice KPIs</p> </li><li> <p>Distribute front office metrics for the organization to operational leaders with recommendations for improvement as necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor territory's performance metrics and collaborate with key stakeholders to help formulate a plan of action for improvement as necessary to achieve industry best practice</p> </li><li> <p>Work with RCM and Operations to manage each clinic's financial metrics including upfront collections collection, authorizations, registration errors, denials, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Create strategic operational workflows to improve efficiency for front office processes through people, process, and technology optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide data-driven measures for progress</p> </li><li> <p>Hire, train, and onboard new Front Office Business Partners and provide additional education and training as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with RCM, Operations and front office staff to implement protocols and policy/procedures to increase the performance of the front desk</p> </li><li> <p>Work with integrations team as new partners are onboarded to ensure front office workflows are set up appropriately</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with all front office operational procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor front office IT issues and interface with Synergy as necessary</p> </li></ul> <p>To excel in this role, you should possess:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3-4 years of strategy or project management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in healthcare, therapy, or outpatient clinic settings is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership and development skills</p> </li><li> <p>Organizational and planning skills</p> </li><li> <p>Critical thinking, analytic, and strategic mentality</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel often</p> </li><li> <p>Independent and driven self-starter</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of leading multiple successful strategic planning efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Raintree EMR preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Choose Ivy?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Best Employer: A prestigious honor to be recognized by Modern Healthcare, signifying excellence in our industry and providing an outstanding workplace culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceeding Expectations:?Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Incentives Galore:?Eligibility for full benefits package beginning within your first month of employment.
