No Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Position summary:</p> <p>The Program Coordinator supports Law School operations and data reporting, with a primary focus on employment and bar passage outcomes. As such the Program Coordinator works closely with and under the direction of the Office of Accreditation and Strategic Initiatives and serves as a critical partner to the Offices of Career Services and Academic Success and Bar Passage. Under direction, the Program Coordinator supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and assessment of systems and operations that proactively and accurately capture and maintain data required for assessment, accreditation, and other internal and external reporting. This position also assists with data collection and analysis for assessment related projects as well as for disclosures and reports to the School of Law Dean's Office, University, American Bar Association (ABA), Association of American Law Schools (AALS), Higher Learning Commission (HLC), and other external bodies.</p> <p>All staff in the Law School report to the Associate Dean for Administration. Additionally, this position is accountable to the Assistant Deans for Accreditation and Strategic Initiatives, Career Services, and Academic Success and Bar Passage for job duties aligned with their respective offices.</p> <p>Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <p>Supporting the Office of Accreditation and Strategic Initiatives by:</p> <ul> <li>Carrying out data collection and analysis for assessment-related projects as well as for disclosures and internal and external reporting to the School of Law, University, American Bar Association (ABA), Association of American Law Schools (AALS), and other external bodies. </li><li>Assisting with coordinating the timely submission and review of assessment and accreditation projects and reports. </li><li>Assisting with preparation of data to inform on strategic initiatives and special projects of the law school. </li><li>Researching and documenting policies related to accreditation and assessment standards. </li><li>Navigating software and technology relating to data gathering and reporting for assessment and accreditation purposes. </li></ul> <p>Supporting the Office of Career Services with:</p> <ul> <li>Developing, implementing, and assessing the office's data collection and reporting systems and procedures to maximize employment outcomes, proactively capture and maintain data, and support timely and accurate reporting to internal and external constituents, including the ABA, US News and World Reports, and National Association for Law Placement (NALP). </li><li>Developing, implementing, and assessing the office's operations to promote communication across the law school and with alumni, employers, and professional networks related to all areas of the Career Services Office. </li><li>Operational support required to deliver signature career services programs, including the Patent Law Interview Program and other on-campus recruiting programs. </li></ul> <p>Supporting the Office of Academic Success and Bar Passage with:</p> <ul> <li>Developing, implementing, and assessing the office's data collection and reporting systems and procedures to maximize bar passage outcomes, proactively capture and maintain data, and support timely and accurate reporting to internal and external constituents. </li></ul> <p>Additionally, the Program Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Communicates clearly and proactively with the Offices of Strategic Initiatives and Accreditation, Career Services, and Academic Success and Bar Passage. </li><li>Works collaboratively across the Law School and University. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and/or Work Experience</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience preferred. Additional Education or Experience may be required by department program.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience. </li><li>Demonstrated strong computational skillset and ability to learn new software and databases. </li><li>Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook or other email applications, with advanced Excel skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Certificates/Credentials/Licenses</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in related field.</p> <p>Computer Skills</p> <p>Demonstrated strong computational skillset and ability to learn new software and databases.</p> <p>Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook or other email applications, with advanced Excel skills.</p> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities No Required operation of university owned vehicles No Does this position require direct animal or patient contact?
