<p>Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a Senior Analyst - Financial Systems.</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Gathers, documents, and clarifies business requirements from the end users </li><li>Collaborates with other SAP functional analysts to review requirements and develop possible solutions </li><li>Ensures functional requirements are clear and align with business requirements </li><li>Maintains existing system functionality while initiating new SAP features and other software applications </li><li>Maintain non-SAP Financial Systems such as Concur for T&E and Readsoft for Invoice OCR and Approval, Vertex, Blackline, etc. </li><li>Collaborates with business users in requirement gathering, design, and deployment of new or improved business processes </li><li>Researches and resolves problems </li><li>Tests business processes and customized functionality during SAP migrations, upgrades, etc. </li><li>Advise on the management of configuration and testing across the SAP environment </li><li>Work with key business users to configure and modify SAP to meet business requirements using Best Practices </li><li>Translate overall business process design established during blueprinting to SAP FICO configuration </li><li>Help ensure a global solution using as much SAP standard design is implemented </li><li>Work with legacy system team to design, test and implement data exchange interfaces for SAP projects </li><li>Create design and training documentation </li><li>Perform unit and quality testing; Work with users to achieve favorable user test acceptance </li><li>Work with rest of Financial Applications team to investigate and resolve service tickets </li><li>Manage projects of small to medium size and scope* Bachelor's degree required </li><li>4 + years demonstrated configuration skills in FI and CO, preferably in HANA </li><li>Ability to use project management methodologies </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Strong problem solving and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of the key integration points with other SAP modules and key design implications </li><li>Knowledge of non-SAP financial systems to manage invoice OCR and approvals, and expense reports </li><li>Experience with Blackline implementations would be a plus </li><li>Solid understanding of accounting, actual accounting experience is a plus </li><li>Experience working in a Global organization </li><li>Maintains a current awareness of SAP product developments and trends and how they can provide solutions for the business </li><li>Proficient with MS Office suite and MS Project </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li></ul>
