Join a forward-thinking team where your contributions are valued, and you'll have the support and resources to succeed in every aspect of your career.</p> <p>Pay Rate: $45 - $49/hr.</p> <p>Shift: (Multiple Openings) 6:00PM - 6:00AM (2 on - 2 off - 3 on) & 6:00AM - 6:00PM (2 on - 2 off - 3 on)</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure employee safety, development, and compliance with OSHA and EMCOR safety standards, including proper PPE and equipment operation training. </li><li>Oversee daily tasks of assigned crew, monitor work areas, and facilitate training and cross-training, maintaining employee records. </li><li>Respond promptly to reactive work requests, prioritize issues, develop short- and long-term resolution plans, and manage technicians and vendors to maximize equipment uptime. </li><li>Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) with reactive work orders, update site manager on status, and ensure shift turnover and documentation are complete. </li><li>Conduct building and work order audits, maintain knowledge of critical utilities, and establish strong communication with production leadership. </li><li>Lead meetings including shift turnover, safety briefings, and production discussions; provide daily objectives and priorities for crew and vendors. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; some college, trade, or business training preferred. </li><li>3-5 years of experience in trades such as HVAC, mechanical, or electrical; 2+ years managing craft personnel. </li><li>Valid driver's license; relevant electrical, mechanical, or plumbing licenses a plus. </li><li>Strong ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, and graphic instructions; follow safety rules and procedures. </li><li>Proficient in work order systems, report writing, email communication, and presenting information effectively to groups. </li><li>Strong technical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to perform all essential duties safely and effectively. </li></ul> <p>This is a direct hire position with benefits offered by our client including paid training, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual, and more!</p> <p>Join a company that prioritizes growth, opportunity, and excellence.
