<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>We are seeking a Junior SDET with strong fundamentals in Python and Java, hands-on test automation experience, and a growing interest in AI-assisted quality engineering. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Azure environments and Azure DevOps pipelines, with wealth management / financial services domain knowledge considered a strong added advantage. This role provides an opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications, modern CI/CD pipelines, and AI-enabled QA practices under the guidance of senior SDETs. -</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Automation & Quality Engineering</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain test cases based on project requirements </li><li>Participate in requirement review, defect triages and represent QA </li><li>Execute test cases , report bugs using Azure Devops/Jira or similar tools </li><li>Automate test scripts using Python and/or Java as required </li><li>Contribute to UI automation (Selenium / Playwright) </li><li>Execute automated regression suites and analyze failures </li></ul> <p>AI-Assisted Testing</p> <ul> <li>Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Copilot agents, AI assistants) to: </li></ul> <p>o Accelerate test case creation</p> <p>o Improve automation code quality</p> <p>o Analyze test failures and logs</p> <ul> <li>Apply AI responsibly with human review and validation </li><li>Learn prompt-engineering best practices for QA use cases </li></ul> <p>Backend & Data Validation</p> <ul> <li>Perform basic data validation using SQL and Python </li><li>Validate API responses, database records, and file-based data (CSV/JSON) </li><li>Support senior SDETs in backend and data quality testing efforts </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 a year</p>
