Learn more about us at worcester.edu/about .</p> <p>Job Description: TITLE: Costume Shop Stitcher/Assitant DEPARTMENT: Visual/Performing Arts SUPERVISOR: Susan Johnson-Hood SSTA APPROVER: Mary Dillon SCHEDULE: 18.5 hours per week</p> <p>General Statement of Duties/Responsibilities: Costume Assistant will help to build, launder and store costumes for Worcester State Theatre performances. Will also help to build crafts, such as hats, bags, masks, etc., as needed. Will help the Staff Costume Designer to supervise practicum students.</p> <p>Requirements: Required Qualifications Sewing experience, both hand and machine, is preferred, but not necessary. Assistants can be trained on the job if necessary.
