<p>Hunter Hamilton is seeking a highly organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to support one of our valued clients in Breinigsville, PA. This is a temporary opportunity estimated to last 2-3 months, perfect for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, employee-centric environment.</p> <p>This role is fully on-site and offers the chance to work closely with HR leadership, support frontline employees, and play a key part in day-to-day HR operations.</p> <p>Why Work With Hunter Hamilton?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hourly pay with weekly direct deposit</p> </li><li> <p>Temporary health benefits available</p> </li><li> <p>Gain experience with a respected employer in a dynamic and supportive environment</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions about policies, benefits, leave, disability, and ADA/FMLA processes</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the HR Manager and site leadership to investigate and resolve employee concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and full resolution</p> </li><li> <p>Support and help organize on-site employee engagement activities (e.g., birthdays, recognition events, inclusion initiatives)</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with internal communications and contribute to the development of messaging and updates for the workforce</p> </li><li> <p>Complete and verify I-9 documentation, maintaining accurate physical and electronic records</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a local SuccessFactors resource, assisting with HRIS navigation and troubleshooting</p> </li><li> <p>Support systems and processes related to timekeeping, payroll escalations, and special projects</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators, HR Manager, and local leadership to facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain personnel files and support performance management processes</p> </li><li> <p>Take on other administrative duties and HR responsibilities as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>1-3 years of HR experience or relevant administrative experience in a people-facing role</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both written and verbal</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and document compliance (I-9s, onboarding)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for employee engagement and creating an inclusive, responsive workplace culture</p> </li></ul> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
