<p>Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager for a Contract role with a client in Raynham, MA. The ideal candidate will lead manufacturing-related project activities, partner with construction and validation teams, manage financial forecasting, and provide timely updates to senior stakeholders.</p> <p>Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Manufacturing Project Manager job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Manage project activities with strong communication skills, ensuring clear updates and alignment across teams. </li><li>Prepare concise senior-leadership updates on short notice, presenting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. </li><li>Deliver high-quality presentations and escalate risks proactively to avoid timeline impacts. </li><li>Oversee day-to-day financial management including spend tracking, forecasting, and annual planning. </li><li>Partner with onsite construction teams to ensure fit-out meets required finish and facility standards. </li><li>Collaborate with Site QA teams to support validation activities and efficient process transfers. </li><li>Manage on-site project teams, ensuring small delays do not impact critical path milestones. </li><li>Work with leadership to support long-term strategic planning for the operational area. </li><li>Engage in technical discussions and maintain an interest in manufacturing technologies (3DP experience beneficial). </li><li>Drive successful project execution using strong organizational skills and proactive issue resolution. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>6-8 years of experience in project management within manufacturing environments. </li><li>Experience communicating with senior leadership and delivering critical project updates. </li><li>Strong financial management experience including forecasting and budget planning. </li><li>Experience with construction coordination and facility fit-out oversight (preferred). </li><li>Familiarity with validation processes and working with QA teams. </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain schedule discipline. </li><li>Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. </li><li>Background in 3DP manufacturing (nice to have, not required). </li><li>Bachelor's Degree required. </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
