Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.</p> <p>As a part of the Strategic Analytics team, you'll work with the risk team to generate thoughtful analytics and recommendations to the business concerning strategy development, implementation, operational controls, and performance monitoring.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain periodic analytics to provide management with full insight into emerging trends and the quality of the accounts </li><li>Attain a detailed understanding of key performance metrics and profitability drivers, enabling the delivery of insights encompassing the full account lifecycle </li><li>Conduct ad hoc analytics and contribute to various projects representing Risk Management </li><li>Work both independently and collaboratively to complete analytical tasks; starting with problem identification, analysis of large & complex data and formulating concise conclusions with actionable recommendations </li><li>Leverage champion/challenger capabilities to develop and maintain credit strategies </li><li>Leverage latest tools and analytics to drive the Exposure Management of the consumer portfolio </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills</p> <ul> <li>BS degree and minimum 5 years Risk Management or other quantitative experience </li><li>Background in statistics, econometric, or other quantitative field </li><li>Advanced understanding of SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, or other decision tree software </li><li>Ability to query large amounts of data and transform the raw data into actionable management information </li><li>Familiarity with risk analytic techniques </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills </li><li>Experience delivering recommendations to management </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills</p> <ul> <li>MS degree </li><li>Previous quantitative experience within financial services Risk Management </li><li>Experience in SAS, SQL, Python </li><li>Experience in Card Risk Management </li></ul> <p>To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
